How to Enroll

Enrollment begins with the Dean of Students, who initiates the process and coordinates with Administration. After enrollment is confirmed, students receive access to course materials, the Microsoft Teams class link, enrollment confirmation documents, and a congratulatory letter.

Each student is issued an official class communication email in the format firstname.lastname@bapbi.net . This email serves as the required communication channel for all interaction with Administration, the Dean, instructors, and the Webmaster. The name used for enrollment must match the name used for all coursework and assessments.

All digital communication and materials provided by the institute are considered confidential and are intended solely for academic purposes. Institutional systems are monitored by authorized personnel, including the Webmaster, to ensure proper use and security.

Misuse of the assigned email or digital systems, including sharing confidential information or inappropriate communication, may result in revoked access privileges and possible dismissal from the program.
