LEADERSHIP

Leadership

BAPBI leadership serves students through doctrine, discipleship, instruction, administration, and faithful support within Bethesda Tabernacle.

01 PASTOR

Jason Barrett

Pastor, Bethesda Tabernacle

Story

Pastor Jason Barrett's passion for apostolic truth grew from a deep burden to see the church firmly grounded in biblical doctrine. While preaching at Bethesda Tabernacle, a defining moment came when his spirit felt stirred with unusual urgency. In that service, the name Bethesda Apostolic Pentecostal Bible Institute formed with clarity. That moment shifted from perplexity to purpose.

Why BAPBI Matters

BAPBI matters because preaching alone sustains revival only for a season. Structured teaching builds longevity. Acts 2:42 reveals that doctrine must be preserved, taught, and lived. The institute exists to strengthen believers in apostolic foundations, leadership development, and spiritual maturity.

Contribution

As pastor, his contribution extends beyond the pulpit. He provides doctrinal oversight, mentorship, prayer covering, and active support to ensure students grow both academically and spiritually. Through BAPBI, his calling expands from shepherding a congregation to preparing future laborers grounded in truth and equipped for lasting impact.

02 ADMINISTRATION

Jason Morgan

Administrator, Bethesda Tabernacle

Story

Pastor Jason Morgan carries a deep commitment to spiritual growth and faithful leadership. As Administrative Pastor and Chairman of the Board at Bethesda Tabernacle, his calling centers on strengthening the church's foundation through sound oversight and intentional discipleship.

In his ministry, moments of reflection and prayer often reinforced his conviction that truth must be both taught and lived. He perceived that structured development beyond the weekly service was essential for believers to be equipped to minister in the world with clarity and confidence. That conviction aligned naturally with the vision for Bethesda Apostolic Pentecostal Bible Institute.

Why BAPBI Matters

BAPBI matters to him because an empowered church requires both heart transformation and disciplined training. The institute represents an environment where doctrine, character, and ministry skills are cultivated together. Through teaching, mentorship, administrative support, and prayer covering, he contributes to building leaders who are grounded in Scripture and prepared for lifelong service.

Contribution

His role supports not only the institute's framework but also the personal development of students. He engages with leaders, offers guidance, and helps ensure the institute remains organized, effective, and spiritually focused. Pastor Morgan's investment in BAPBI reflects his conviction that developing disciples honors God and equips the church to fulfill its calling.

03 INSTRUCTION

Joseph Bennett

Instructor, Bethesda Apostolic Pentecostal Bible Institute

Story

Joseph Bennett serves as an instructor at Bethesda Apostolic Pentecostal Bible Institute with a conviction that faith must be formed, not merely felt. Over time, he came to understand that inspiration alone cannot sustain believers. Without structured teaching and disciplined study, truth can remain shallow. That realization shaped his belief that BAPBI matters deeply.

His ministry emphasizes thoughtful study, patient instruction, and personal discipleship. He believes biblical truth should not only be understood intellectually but also lived faithfully through daily obedience to Jesus Christ.

Why BAPBI Matters

For Joseph, BAPBI exists to root apostolic doctrine in the hearts and minds of students. The institute provides an environment where believers can ask meaningful questions, examine Scripture carefully, and develop spiritual stability. He believes clarity builds confidence, and confidence strengthens service. In his view, the classroom becomes an extension of discipleship.

Contribution

His contribution flows through relational teaching and authentic presence. He invests in students personally while guiding them doctrinally. Lessons are delivered with warmth and conviction, connecting biblical theology with everyday Christian living. Through instruction, mentorship, and encouragement, Joseph helps cultivate believers who are grounded in truth, strengthened in faith, and prepared to serve wherever God calls them.
